Unfriend

Posted on December 19, 2024December 19, 2024

You come in here with all that clout
acting like you know what you’re talking about
hoping the attention will cash out
Push me down over for some man who’s not real
But we all know he’s just looking for his next meal

(You’re his next meal)

Sorry I don’t want to know your name
excuse me, when were we ever the same?

You think we’re friends
You must know how this ends
I’m more than you can spend
I’ve wiped clean all you’ve penned

You think we’re friends
You must know how this ends
why bother to pretend
I’m clicking that unfriend

You, acting like you’re the man of the town
try to compensate cuz your wife turned you down
wait till she finds you with your pants on the ground
You strutting around when you’re unremarkable
Living in your fantasy life bubble

I’m watching you, Im so amused
Ask your leading questions, I just act confused

Sorry I don’t want to know your name
excuse me, when were we ever the same?

You think we’re friends
You must know how this ends
I’m more than you can spend
I’ve wiped clean all you’ve penned

You think we’re friends
You must know how this ends
why bother to pretend
I’m clicking that unfriend

You say you need me
I don't think you’re worth my time
You say you want me
What makes you think we are the same?

You think we’re friends
You must know how this ends
I’m more than you can spend
I’ve wiped clean all you’ve penned

You think we’re friends
You must know how this ends
why bother to pretend
I’m clicking that unfriend
